Passive Movement

Passive Movement is a gentle technique employing rhythmical movements that release stress and dysfunction from the body allowing for deep relaxation and healing both physically and mentally. The practitioner intuitively guides the joints, limbs and torso of the client's body through a "Dance" following the client's natural rhythms and range of movement. Oftentimes the client feels like they are floating effortlessly in a calming sea of relaxation. Passive Movement can help bring harmony and balance to the physiological and emotional energies of the body.
