    Believed to have originated thousands of years ago in the Vajrayana Yogic medicine of Tibet, it has been referred to as the “lazy man’s yoga”. This style acts as an external stimulant to produce internal results by applying firm but gentle pressure along energy lines and firm but gentle torque to the musculoskeletal system. This combo creates energy as well as releasing blockages and allowing relaxation.
